Ok who's playing RuneScape is probably laughing by now for those who arent playing this game heres a litle info.
RuneScape is a browser based MMORPG in wich you can train many skills and one of them are mining and to train this skill you have to mine various ores when you reach maximum lvl in that skill you can get a skillcape (the thing he thinks about).
The maximum of every skill is 99 and the poor guy is mining coper ore the first ore you can mine so he has a long way to go to get 99 lvl.
