Motion controler

Ok for those who dont understand what the hell this guy is doing he is trying to play some racing game (probably NFSMW) with a motion controler (a demonstration vid of one of them [link] and you probably saw where I got idea for this emoticon) and after playing a bit hes hands start's to hurt and he takes a normal joystick to play.

Imagine to play a prototype, mortal kombat, gta, halo with this controler.
